At Almond-Blossoms Events, I offer services to couples who need help in planning and designing their occasion. I help to create a budget, find vendors, structure a timeline for every stage of planning to the final day of the wedding. I offer a variety of services ranging from full planning, final three months and on the day management. Other services include parties and special celebrations like engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, christening and retirements.

How much does it cost to hire a planner?

It takes an average of 200 – 300 hours to plan a wedding. This is inclusive of planners experience, geographical location, business costs, hiring and training assistants needed for the day. Our services are priced according to the time scale and complexity of the occasion ranging from 10% – 15% of the overall budget. I offer a virtual service for consultations charging from £100 per hour. Here you get a session to ask questions and advice on how to plan your occasion.
